The company currently employs nearly 100 people, serves several hundred domestic customers, and also exports its products to countries and regions including Germany, Russia, India, and Taiwan, earning widespread acclaim from users. Our main products include indexable carbide gear hobs, indexable roughing and finishing disc milling cutters for gears, Klingelnberg soft and hard cutting tools, and indexable milling cutters. The indexable (carbide-insert-equipped) gear hobs and disc milling cutters are designed specifically to address the shortage of suitable tools for modern high-efficiency gear-hobbing and gear-milling machines. These highly efficient hobs not only enhance machining efficiency but can also be reused multiple times. They are primarily used in the medium- and large-gear manufacturing industry and find extensive applications in fields such as wind power, construction machinery, and slewing bearings. The Klingelnberg hard cutting tools are mainly employed for the precision finishing of helical bevel gears after quenching on Klingelnberg machine tools.
