We have a complete system for independently manufacturing and processing cutting blades and blade bodies. We currently possess dozens of sets of milling centers and supporting equipment, including large-scale spray towers, bidirectional automatic presses, cemented carbide sintering furnaces, and fully automatic peripheral grinding machines—all dedicated to blade production. We are also equipped with a wide range of high-precision machining and inspection devices that provide robust assurance of product quality. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes fully automatic 5-axis peripheral grinding machines, DMG five-axis machining centers, and a Zeiss three-coordinate measuring center, all of which guarantee exceptional precision and reliability of our products.
Shanna Tools places customer service at the heart of its operations, offering customers all-inclusive, fully guaranteed services that meet their specific needs throughout the pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales phases. We provide technical consultations, on-site machining support, tool sharpening and reconditioning services, and more. Upon receiving a customer’s request for after-sales service (accompanied by a description of the equipment malfunction), we will respond, diagnose, and resolve any tool-related issues as quickly as possible via telephone, WeChat, or email.
