We have a complete system for independently manufacturing and processing cutting blades and blade bodies. We currently possess dozens of sets of milling centers and supporting equipment, including large-scale spray towers, bidirectional automatic presses, cemented carbide sintering furnaces, and fully automatic peripheral grinding machines—all dedicated to blade production. We are also equipped with a wide range of high-precision machining and inspection devices that provide robust assurance of product quality. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes fully automatic 5-axis peripheral grinding machines, DMG five-axis machining centers, and a Zeiss three-coordinate measuring center, all of which guarantee exceptional precision and reliability of our products.
Shannan Tools places customer service at the core of its operations, offering customers comprehensive, all-inclusive services that meet their specific needs throughout the pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales stages. We provide technical consultations, on-site machining support, tool sharpening and grinding services, and more.
