Harbin Shanna Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of precision and complex gear cutting tools. Founded in 2018, the company has a registered capital of 7 million yuan and an厂区 area of over 6,500 square meters. It employs more than 150 people and is located at No. 48 Xinshan Road, Wanggang, Nangang District, Harbin City. The company’s core business includes indexable carbide gear hobbing cutters, indexable gear roughing and finishing disc milling cutters, Klingelnberg soft-cutting blades, Klingelnberg hard-cutting blades, rack-and-pinion cutters, face milling cutters, screw milling cutters, sprocket milling cutters, indexable milling tools, and carbide inserts. Its products are primarily used in the medium- and large-sized gear manufacturing industry and find extensive applications in fields such as wind power and construction machinery, particularly in rotary bearings.

The company boasts strong technical capabilities and advanced equipment-processing capacity. Key production processes are equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing equipment, both imported from Japan and domestically developed. The company serves several hundred domestic customers, including some of China’s leading enterprises such as Nanjing High-Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd.—the world’s largest gear manufacturer—Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. General Reducer Plant, Chongqing Wangjiang Industrial Co., Ltd., Luoyang Bearing Holding Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Tianma Co., Ltd., among others. Meanwhile, the company also exports its products to countries and regions including Germany, Russia, India, and Taiwan, earning high praise from its customers. The indexable gear hob is a domestic first, and in 2011 and 2018, it was granted two utility model patents for indexable hobs. Indexable fine milling cutters with four- and eight-position indexing mechanisms have also each been awarded utility model patents. To date, the company has accumulated one invention patent and 35 utility model patents.
 
The company has obtained ISO9001:2008 certification for its quality management system. In 2020, it was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. In 2021, it was designated as a “Single-Item Champion” enterprise in Heilongjiang Province’s manufacturing sector. In 2022, it was certified as a “Specialized, Fine, and New” enterprise in Heilongjiang Province. In 2023, it was awarded the title of “Technical Center” at the provincial level.
